i choose digi prepaid..
i dont know why they dont allow me to port to celcom..
will post the message that i have received by digi shortly

now i know why my porting was rejected..
called the digi center..
they said that celcom gave them my ic number WRONG!
my last 4 digits is 5143 but celcom gave digi 5147..
silly mistake by celcom...
wtf..
what the point i gave them a copy of my IC..
now..
i have to fill the new form and still have to wait another 5 working days...
duhhhhhh!

im starting to pissed off..
again..
my port is rejcetd again..

i donno lah what excuse they are going to give me..
fed up oredy..
diz monday will go n buy a new number lah...

ni saya nak tanya sikit..
sorry sebab gune bahasa melayu..
susah nak buat ayat BI..
macam ni kisah saya..
tadi saya pergi ke celcom center..
dalam celcom center tu ade blue cube..
macam semua orang tahu..
saya punye porting process dah kene reject 2 kali..

so tadi saya pergi lah untuk nak beli nombor baru...
dah keluar ic sume and da register...
tapi..
time die register tu saya tengah jumpa celcom pnyer customer service and dorg cakap yang dorg akan resubmit balik saya punye porting process for the third time..
x sempat nak suruh die hold up jap from register new uox number tapi die dah register kan..

masalahnye sekarang..
saya sayang nombor saya yg nak di port ni..
so saya nak port nombor tu ke uox..
tapi since saya da ade no uox yang baru..
ade x cara macamane untuk terminate no uox tu sebab setahu saya if da register sekali,no credit expiry sampai umor 26..
if no uox tu saya port ke telco lain boleh x???
since saya still nak no kesayangan saya tu tukar jadi uox jugak??
any advice from my fellow forumers???

skarang i da terbeli no uox..
but..
td i dpt msg dat says my porting process which was done by the celcom staff this morning is successful...
less than 1 day...

bluecube??
5 working days and still i punye porting kene reject 2 kali!
padahal bluecube satu tempat dgn celcom center kot..

now..
i ade 2 no uox under my single ic...

i da call celcom careline just now..
die ckp yg i boleh pilih which number yang i nk jadi my primary number..
whether my old number or the new one yang i dah terbeli tu...

however..
sebab i tension and geram gile dekat staff bluecube tu because of her lansiness..
i da patahkan my celcom simcard yg bluecube bagi kt i dulu time i mule2 nak port to uox..

so esok i akan still pegi to that celcom center untuk choose which number yg akan jadi my uox number and mintak replacement sim card..

bluecube+celcom center=one building called celcom center..
celcom center at melaka raya..

yupp..
memang ade defect dlm system celcom pun..
tadi sudah pergi celcom center...
customer service punye orang pun pelik nape i leh ade dua nombor upax under satu IC..
hehe...

i da cakap kt customer service dorg..
die ckp suh i finish my credit in my 013 uox number..
then throw away that sim card cuz my age is still not validate yet by them..

neway..
my problem sudah setel n i am officialy a new uox user!!!



now..
however i nak transferkan kredit i dalam my previous 013 uox number to my 019 uox number and patahkan sim card 013 uox number tu..
