Can go straight to Menara Celcom no problem. They have it at all Central, Northern & Southern branches & Blue Cubes. Now I heard they have it at BORDERS and Popular too.

To check the validity date, key-in *124# and press send. If the validity is not extended, you might want to check with Celcom Branch as most probably, ur IC is not validated by the branch yet. Maybe the dealer didn't submit the form yet etc.

@naufas u r dealer or Celcom staff? I want nice number too hehe

AFAIK, the IDD charges is the same with normal Xpax.

For SOX user that reached 19 years old, most probably they will switch to UOX. However, as at now, both UOX/SOX is enjoying the same offering.

The preloaded amount is only 15 sen. Oklah to reload. If didn't reload how to use? hehe.

Confirmed, MNP can be done to UOX or SOX. It's in Celcom's website

Your question is very confusing. What cost are u talking about?
1. The UOX pack cost? = FREE, just reload RM10
2. The call cost / charges = 10sen/min to ur 8pax
3. The SMS cost / charges = 0.5 (half) sen per SMS to ur 8pax

Refer 1st page lah for the rates

If urs is SOX, then u must be between 12-18 years . The rates for the time being is the same

Added on October 29, 2008, 5:15 pmAFAIK, for all porting in to Celcom, u'll get RM5 credit. New pack is RM0.15sen pre-loaded airtime. As u r not really a new new customer, u'll not entitled for the RM10. It's for a new activated pack.

U should go to Celcom Branch to get ur IC verified and get the unlimited validity. Good luck

Ur gf don't know that she's carrying UOX number? . AFAIK, after u've migrated to BLUE u can't migrate back to UOX. U can only migrate back to normal Xpax - Mid plan. So, the validity is as usual. My advice, keep the BLUE for 2 years lah

Halo Frens, just want to help to clarify;

1. YES you can get the UOX/SOX starter pack for FREE with RM10 reload at any Celcom Branches in Central, Northern & Southern Region. Also at the BLUE CUBE branches at these regions while stock last. Go to Menara Celcom branch. They never failed as the HQ is there mah. If got complain, the bosses will come down straight away woo. Few BORDERS & POPULAR Books Stores too.

2. AFAIK, even u do double port, u still cant port from Xpax to UOX/SOX. In the near future maybe lah. The best thing, get a new pack!

3. For validity issues, have to go personally to Celcom Branch IF it is not verified (get the unlimited validity) in 1 month. Reason, most prob the dealers lost / forgot to pass the forms to the branches.

4. AFAIK, u can do MNP at the BLUE CUBE. All UOX/SOX port in customers will be given a 3G SIM card. So it's 3G ready. They can't do it maybe just because of other reasons. Ask them lah.

5. Last time I checked, it's RM25 for porting but since other Telcos is doing it for FREE, then FREE lah now.

What I know, Xpax can't migrate to UOX/SOX yet. They won't allow. But there's a way. A long way. It has been mentioned in this thread before.
