i just ported to UOX.. it gives me a "young" feeling..good.
want to ask, what is the credit expiry thingy..?

ur credit will not expire until u reach 25 years old. in others words, it will remain active even if you did not reload for a whole year. i got mine few weeks back and it expires on 2024

but how come when i check the balance (*124#) it states "valid until jan 2012" one?

iinm u must reload at least rm10. then within a few days they will process it

people... is sox = uox? cus apparently when i asked the celcom retailer for uox they gave me sox. and that time, i didnt know there are sox too. so are they the same?


p/s: my main point of getting uox is that the sim card will never expire until we're 25.. that's what i found out. i need a longer expiry date sim card cus im studying abroad. i dont want to buy a new number each time i come back to malaysia.

so this celcom guy gave me sox... i really hope sox is = to uox. if not i'll seriously kick his ass!

same goes to me, at the time i bought the sim pack, it was clearly written on the sim pack as University of X. Surprisingly it's registered as S.O.X

sox also expire at 25 years old wat..

12-18 y.o = sox
18+ = uox
the system will autoupgrade sox --> uox --> xpax ---> (xpax expire date) --> number terminate.

my uox number do not expire on my 26th birthday,,
instead act like normal celcom number,
but other privilages is ok,,
called the celcom centre, they said problem with my registry,
when i register back, still the problem exist..

Yes, it is still the same.
The thing is the compiled 28sen/3min.
Like we always cakap lama-lama on the phone.

Before this call goes to voicemail just 8 sen, with new rates 28 sen.

always cakap lama-lama on the phone better use xpax2, 28 sen for 10 minute.

I love the old rates better. credit expiry still got a long time to go...

For the old SOX/UOX plan, do you need to use rm1 a month to keep active ? or I do not need to do any call, also can last until many many years later ?
