How long it takes for a movie to comes out in BD.

I'm waiting for Batman - Dark Knight. I already watch it in cinema, and I want to watch it again, in HD.
Anyone knows, when it will be available in BD?

Do I really need a Full HD LCD TV to have total enjoyment wathing Bluray movies.
I'm planning to buy a PS3, and now just know that I need to buy AV receiver / Home Theater set to have true surround sound experience. Do some survey, Sony has one at price 2k+.
