ok after spending many hour seaching for solution.....at last i found a solution to DIY...

1) download d above 2 file (created by me)
2) after download u will have two files name - ABAdressFormats.plist and Localized.strings
3) u need to download Iphonebrowser 1.52
4) run iphone Browser 1.52 and go to /System/Library/Frameworks/AddressBook.framework/ABAddressFormats.plist and backup d original ABAddressFormats.plist after backup replace it with above modify ABAddressFormats.plist file.
5) then go to /System/Library/Frameworks/AddressBook.framework/English.lproj/Localized.strings and backup d original Localized.strings after backup replace it with above modify Localized.strings file.
6) reboot iphone..... then malaysia will appear in d country list...........
ATTENTION : USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK ....... REMEMBER TO BACKUP D ORIGNAL FILES BEFORE DOING ANYTHING.......IT WORK FINE IN FIRMWARE 2.0.1......
