what's the problem on the first batch?
so version 2 (nickel plated) is good?

i would assume some explanation regarding the chip/ram used or maybe lack of voltage supplied or maybe the heatsink itself is the culprit..

maybe NetRaid can elaborate more on that instead saying just got some problem on earliest batch..

mine is 2nd revision.. so far so good..
idle temp 45C
load temp 55C (60C sometimes)

mine - samsung 0.8ns ram as stated on the box..
if the earliest batch suffers from the artifacts.. should be the ram problem..
check also the oc slide not pre-push exceed 1150 (2300)
should reduce a bit maybe..

it's not like last time btw.. we need highend stuff..
which we need more to pair up with bigger screen, bigger reso on crt (coz can't afford lcd),
games and other requirements..
since most ppl now using ~1200reso, i would say it's enough..

unless we are eager to try new OS, big screen, can spare some money on it..
but most of us not - even Rm50 is big how to spend more..

getting gpu after 4series n using 19-20" lcd - sure not fully utilize it..
unless all games like crysis - lol
in simple word - waste money only...

i would say 3series is ok for 1200reso, 4series is optimum

5series is ok for bigger reso n 6series is nice after that..
since 24" lcd become cheaper.. (wait this part la..)
that time sure nice.. becoz all become affordable..

after that 30" - lol
or even multiple screen - wow

but i would say it's better than reference cooler..
last time gaming sure warm...

leave it first before some tweak..

better change a new 1 atleast got a reason there..

if acbel it's more likely as CM - picky

try take out the ram or other card first..

yes 550W now consider cheap..

actually 450W is enough, the problem most of ppl here using acbel/CM which often picky when using with certain hardware.. ie: mobo, gpu etc

u consider lucky to use parts that suitable with that psu..

aik.. change quad already... that's consider nice
