XiuKeong, this may sound a bit ridiculous.. but try taking out one piece of your RAM. See if anything changes.

I'm running on a stick ram. if take out, no ram is inserted.

VGA card not inserted properly. But I memang hear the "tak" sound after inserted the card. Means it is lock.

It may be another unfortunate case of faulty card too.. Try to find another system and test it out.
