i went there jz now and bought 5 clothes for myself and my bro...
yeap... i admit that their planning really bad, the clothes tray located near to the main gate and caused great massive jam...
i think they also never expected have soooooooo much of buyers getting cheap clothes and caused the queue at the cashiers super long until the clothes tray there... but at least they did their best have having plenty of cashiers, i think at least got 15-20 cashiers there to handle the sales... some more i saw some kids in the warehouse sitting on the floor, i think they re-tag the price again for clothes... maybe means all the clothes that they tagged new price all sold out... they also never expect soooooooooo good sales... i saw the padini staffs around cashier booths quite responsible, keep doing body language, shouting there & here for payments arrangement, allowed pregnant malay lady to cut queue 
and issues some big bags for buyers to buy more clothes... only the number of buyers make me
