I did not leave things till last minute. I was admitted in the hospital for a few times and I applied for all of these at end of October. I only got their offer letter last week after the credits transfer procedure, english test, etc. Is it me or their fault?
Anyway, I didn't expect flame when I post my case. And I am not blaming anyone either. I just hope to get my visa approved before my departure. If it's not in time, I can always buy a new ticket or change. But let's hope that it will not be the case.. This post has been edited by jdreamer: Dec 10 2008, 07:04 PM |

Just did my medical checkup. The doctor said that it takes 3 weeks to get my visa approved. But I thought there are people here got their visa like less than a week?

QUOTE(coldblood @ Dec 12 2008, 10:25 AM) after u attached everything and sent the medical check up, it will be fast. I got it in a day ( working day ) my friend got it in two QUOTE(KVReninem @ Dec 12 2008, 02:44 PM) its better to tell doctor to put your application priority cos you are flying soon. I told the doctor that I am flying soon but he doesn't look that friendly. it can be fast; it can be slow.Depends on the state department. You are coming Melb; it wont be slow. Hopefully, it will be done in time. Anyway, why Melbourne won't be slow? |

Rm3k per month? My friends in Melbourne only spend Rm2k plus, some less than RM2k monthly.
But.. yea, depends on how you spend. |

AUD1,200 is probably enough for me for a month.
No entertainment, no nothing. Stay outside, study and online at the uni, cook own meals, then sleep at home in the night. A poor student's life. |

What's the better courier service in Aus? How long does it take? Got insurance?
Planning to post something back. |

Mine took 3 weeks and not done. I'm flying over with a tourist visa and relodge my application there. Well, this is because I have medical history so that's another story. See you guys in Aus!

Well, I have health condition so I require to find a suitable hospital for my future follow-ups. I know about Alfred and actually, I am planning to go for it as well.
Do I need to call or something to make appointment first? What's the procedure? |

I require a specialist.
Medical insurance, do you mean the one included in the tuition fee for students? |

Thanks for the advise.
That is because I'm new to Australia so I asked. If I know, I wouldn't have asked. |
