I will say it depends on wat you're looking for when you start working. here they abide by the 9-5 rules, only lately i've heard the aussies are working OT. even after tax, you still earn more than what you get in Malaysia, dollar to dollar but i heard increment is slow here, unlike Malaysia.

that means you might be doing better than your peers in Malaysia the 1st 3 years, but not so after that.

some things are cheaper here and some are expensive of course. petrol and car is cheaper than malaysia that's for sure. food is more exp but if you don't mind cooking, you can save on that. beer is cheap, so hanging out with frens is made easier.

but bear in mind that there's little night life here, only in the city where it's happening. even then, you can only go around and eat and drink, no shopping for you. it's a known fact that asia has the best night life in the world and I would say KL is one of the top.

to sum it all, if you love being young, having parties and love the night life, aus might not be the best place to be. but it's a great place to be if you're planning to build a family here smile.gif

Eve is another popular asian club. I prefer Eve than Seven.
