Prangin Mall toilets are really, really bad. Its dirty and disgusting not to mention you have to pay 20 cents just to get in. And yes, there are always those "cleaners" outside the loo, usually I see either one or two of them. If I'm alone I think I won't consider going in there...I just don't feel good about that place xD
