Hey all...since no one answer my queries I took the liberty to find out some of the answer myself and hopefully this will help others who is looking for the same thing :
1. The function I mentioned is called "anti-judder" which are only available in high ends model Like Sony X series, Samsung 6 series...etc (mostly 40" above). The 100Hz/120Hz refresh has nothing to do with it. I found these 2 articles which are very useful :
Link 1 :
(720p Vs. 1080p)Link 2 :
(Six things about 120Hz LCD TV)2. It seems that the 100Hz/60Hz demo is a specially recorded video which is for the shop only.
3. (I'm still waiting for someone to answer this one

)
Regards.

I am pushing up my previous post here again as I think the link above will help those who are planning to purchase LCD/Plasma TV. It is true that doing research online does help us get the TV best suited for our needs. Not to brag or anything but I find myself suddenly become more knowledgeable on LCD/Plasma technology after going through some of the similar articles like the ones above (not expert lah but at least know what they are talking about)

. At the end the final decision will fall back to "YOU". I would recommend some of the following tips :
1. Do research online and check out the all features of each TV. Look at places like Amazon for some user reviews and see what they think (sometimes not accurate though). Some professional sites like CNet provide video reviews on similar models so you might be able to expect what current models will offer. Some sites offers comparism between different units. ( e.g.
Link : http://compareindia.in.com/ )
2. Go to as many electronic goods store as possible. Compare the PQ/SQ and design of different models on your wishlist to see which one you desired the most. If the sales person is kind enough ask if they can put the unit side by side and set everthing (contras,brightness...etc) to 50% showing the same picture source for comparism. Ask them to show you the features of the set (i.e 100Hz refresh , 1080p, P in P, Motion Flow...etc).
Better feature doesn't necessarily mean better PQ so you have to determine this by yourself. If they don't bother to layan you just say thank you and move on to another shop.
3. Ask the sales person of the warranty period, the after sales service given and also the delivery charges and compare them between shops. Like what Dnutz has done ask if they can lower the price if you exclude some of the freebies/package items. Do ask them if they include free installation if you don't bother setting it up yourself. If you are paying by installment calculate the total to ensure you didn't pay extra. Payment by credit card include a surcharge so it might be slightly more expensive then the offer price.
4. When it's time to buy make sure they are not giving you a display unit. Copy down the serial number if you ask them to deliver in order to ensure they don't do swap out. Don't let the delivery guy leave until the TV is installed and tested at your place so if anything goes wrong you can send it back directly.
5. After the TV is installed try testing it with different media sources like normal TV broadcast, Astro, DVD, PS3, Blu-ray...etc and try to adjust the PQ settings to fit what you are watching.
6. Enjoy the TV

.
A bit long winded but I hope this helps.
P.S. I'm still waiting for someone to answer my 3rd questions on my previous post regarding the 32LX800MK which is do you hear any hissing sound when you watch local channels like 8TV.
Thanks.
