I am sitting at abt 14' from the screen. Screen size is 92"  whistling.gif Even it is only 720p, the WOW effect is  thumbup.gif

You are right. 50" looks puny at this distance. I bet rx330 would definitely agrees. His 42" plasma has been downgraded as secondary display

Hey sifus,

Do u guys know what is the most ideal picture settings for Panny Plasma PV8?? Well, my settings are:

Menu = Standard
Contrast = 55
Brightness = 52
Colour = 55
Sharpness = 60
Picture temperature = Standard

Are these settings good enough, if not, what's your recommendation. I also use these settings to watch dvd.

Another question, Sony recommends to set its dvd player to Cinema 1 but I found it a little brighter so I set to standard in Sony DVP-708.

Please discuss, thanks.
