My friend has this BSOD problem..when he starts his PC...this error pops up
but he was able to get to Windows.. so wads the issue bout?

based of my working experience , u can go to windows, but halfway 5minte or so , it will blue screen.

is ur ram died already .

swap new/working ram .kautim .

uninstall that driver, and all driver/software for the webcam. restart and reinstall back again.

there is conflict with your webcam driver.
try to find the latest driver for your webcam..
ur lappy come together with webcam?

how to do this,seriously?

threre is a crash dump in c:\windows\minidump. upload dmp as zipped file to the appropriate discussion thread. someone will attend your problem there. but, it won't be immediate. patience...

It is stated there my dear..

the error is on lv321av.sys which is a logitech company manufactured webcam.

i wish to assist you on this but i am afraid i couldn't as you are too new too.
maybe let the seniors who are capable to guide you do it as i worry i might spoil your lappy.

the worse case is you know wat is going on with your lappy and send to shop to ask them help you.
maybe that is better for you rather than you DIY.

dmp is the file extension for the crash dump. zip it with winzip in zip format and upload it in the given discussion thread. normally, i can do the analysis. but, today, i am not in a good condition to help. i am in pain right now. i could not write my sentences properly with proper punctuations and grammar.

there is a file located in c:\window\minidump..

you copy all the file there, use winzip to zip it..and upload it here.
there will be senior that knows how to interpret those data help you check wat is your problem.know?

just like when you go see doctor..you tell him wat symptom you have..then he will know wat sick you are lo...
