got PR3 in a month website creation, seems my link building technique is working!

Adsense has nothing to do with your PageRank. The PageRank is a value of ranking where it shows the importance of your site in the eyes of Google. Most higher PR sites ranks higher position in search engine although it is not the main factor to determine that.
