Building backlinks to increase page rank and/or increase serps position is considered black hat.

Buying expired domains with page rank and then adding them to unique c-class ips. Then using article builder to post unique articles to them with backlinks to my money sites automatically.

I can buy 2-5 PR3 - PR6 domains a day at the same price as a normal domain.

This way you have complete control over your backlinks/anchor text and everything is done automatically.

You dont buy the site you just buy the domain.

The domains are pre-owned but the owner for whatever reason stops the website and doesnt re-new the domain. I then buy the domain at the normal cost of buying a domain say 5 bucks, host it on a unique ip address and add a website to it, within a couple of days the domain gets its original page rank back and I now have a pr3-pr6 website of my own. I then use article builder to post content to the website automatically once per day and each post will have a backlink to one of my money sites. So each site would give 365 backlinks per year.

Its still expensive doing it this way and isnt for people who only have one site to promote but it works amazingly well. Its also probably the blackest of the black hat seo except for maybe people who SEO by hacking other peoples websites lol.
