if you got money just buy a link from high traffics site(if the site got high PR is better) that related to your niche.
subscribe with them at least 6 months. then just wait and see on your site pr for the next PR update smile.gif

that is depends,
if your site got decent or interesting content
you will get returning visitor. in this case you might not see a drastic traffic drop when you stop buying links.

many of my site also got PR dropped although traffic and alexa has risen for few of them.

actually traffic does have relation with PR, but its rather indirect..
you know when your site got traffic.. ppl intend to bookmark(browser or socialbookmak site) your site.. and many of them also might add your site to their blogroll..
I know because I behave like that and some of mysite also being treated like that smile.gif
