since u would like to mainly lose weight, the main thing that u got to focus on is ur diet. Not only that when u taking out ur fast food means less fat u will consume, u got to know who is the culprit behind all of the fat. So do put a lil concern on the Carbohydrate intake, try to consume it less than 250 or 200 grams a day ( u can google for the nutrition fact of the food u r taking). Secondly, split ur meal into 5 or 6 smaller meal. Third, consume carbs on the right time (morning, pre workout, post workout). Forth do consume some protein, coz u dont wan to lose muscle instead of fat (1g per pound of ur bodyweight - bodyfat ).
This one i m not 100% sure, but when u do cardio, dont sprint too much, coz during intensive training, ur body will not be fast enuf to synthesize the available protein and therefore synthesizing ur muscle for protein. So do take note of that. (IMO 15mins of cardio will be sufficient)
