AMD overdrive need to use with AMD chipset mobo right? coz i tried on my nvidia chipset, it cannot work correctly.

790gx is one of d coolest chipset i've ever dealt with. w d igp disabled, on load it never go beyond 40'c w/ a actively cooled copper heatsink on it... impressive...

We were able to hit 3.54GHz (up to 3.62GHz now at 1.575V) on this particular 9950BE with the assistance of CoolIT Systems Freezone Elite CPU cooler.  So far, this particular setting has held up to 24/7 testing across a wide variety of applications.  HTT clock speed is set to 215MHz, Multiplier at 16.5x, and memory is at DDR2-1147 with 5-5-5-18 timings on 1.975V with 4GB under Vista 32.  Northbridge speed is at 2365MHz and ended up being our limit on this board.  This particular CPU will run Northbridge speeds up to 2515MHz on the Foxconn and ASUS 790FX boards but we could not even get the BIOS to POST at 2400MHz speed with stock memory and CPU multipliers on this board.

what happen if i use 1.45Vcore for my 3800+ F2 to get 2.8Ghz?

It will reduce the lifespan.But for us,we usually change between 1-2 years right?

3.4~3.5GHz is possible for benchin purpose w/ vcore > 1.45v, but i won't run that for 24/7... 

i'm more comfortable w/ 3.2~3.3GHz for 24/7 on < 1.4v (depend on batch). 

Because Quad can't OC that much.

And Phenom 9k over 3.2Ghz almost definitely needs water. The tri-cores don't.

there's no ddr1066 for timing mode option in bios? 
B.E chips on SB750 board don't need WC... 

personally, i dunno y amd come out with tri core anyways.. pricing also not that tempting..

either get a dual core if budget, or quad core if u have the money.

seeing reviews at xs n rebel, quad core on the sb750 boards are already hitting over 3.2... which means now those quads can already oc high.

give 'em some credits bro, they did come out w/ a great board in M3A79-T Deluxe... 
yup, u do need to set it manually as bios writer won't put ddr1006 as default ram divider value (not everyone can afford ddr1066). nothing wrong w/ that. 

nah... if u own a 8750 it isn't really cheap bro...
