266Mhzx2=533Mhz

HTT increase from 200Mhz to 251Mhz = 51Mhz increase

so 266Mhz+51Mhz = 317Mhz

317Mhz x2 = 634Mhz DDR2 speed, which is still below the rated RAM speed of 667Mhz
