i thought after format using the hp usb storage format tool we good to go right ? no need to download the bootdisk.. just copy the bios file into the pendrive.. correct me if i'm wrong..

done installing it.. the hotfix is just for sp2 i guess..
it cannot be installed on sp3.. and in my registry already got the Throttle menu.. i just change the dword value to 1..

there is an increases but not so noticeable i guess..

cannot go higher than 3.0ghz ? ur using ax78 ?
