Bootcamp is the way to go. Good job on making that decision. Now your next task is to stick to it. One month won't be enough for you to achieve your goals though, but that's for you to decide after that one month ends.
If you're hungry you can just drink some milk or eat some wholemeal bread or some chicken/tuna sandwich, or maybe some eggs, or oats. Losing weight does not equal starving yourself, that's a wrong perception that the public has unfortunately cultivated over the years.
General rule when working out, increase protein intake to enhance muscle recovery and muscle building. Applies the same even if your goal is to lose fat. Also from what I gather in LYN forums, more muscles = passively burn more fats, so that's something pleasing to hear at least. If you're worried about being muscular and all, don't, because its not easy at all to look muscular even if you try, especially for the average female.
And stop smoking if possible... Its counter-productive to life in general.
