Yehaaaa, MNP already kick-off. So, if u not satisfied with your current telco, u can jump to other telco without changing your phone number.

Dont' worry. People outside Klang Valley will get this MNP end of October. For the time being, the MNP only open for prepaid user. And they limit 100 porting per day for each telco.

there will incur of RM25 charges for each MNP requests.
And... you are NOT able to carry forward your Prepaid balance to your new Telco.

Here's the MNP FAQ

Make sure you understand before you proceed with MNP, otherwise complain arise. tongue.gif

we need "liberty" dude.... it that is so, better dun go with MNP !
with MNP released, it actually reduces the costs of incrementing existing mobile numbers to 8-digit or more.

correct me if i'm wrong.

i think so, maybe tats why spore also doing this as well
with mnp its more competitive, users maybe tie down by contract, but better pricing would be introduce
