I'm planning to change my Perdana SEI (AT) engine to 6a12/6a13?

First of all,

1. Can 6a13 fitted into Perdana without changing the mounting?
2. Any 5-speed auto gearbox can withstand the engine?
3. Horsepower for both engines.
4. Cost prices?

2.5L engine??.... or u mean 6a12??...
if ur perdana using v6 (6a12), mounting should be plug and play as it originates from the same engine family 6a1x.....

2. Any 5-speed auto gearbox can withstand the engine?
ur standard autobox should be able to withstand the power.... get an ATF cooler so ur ATF fluid wont overheat....

3. Horsepower for both engines.
what both engine??... u mentioned 6a13 only rite??....
horsepower is written above....

4. Cost prices?

if want forced induction engine better take 6a12tt or 4g63t engine....

dont waste money on 6a12tt or 2.0 mivec MD

1)ori perdana v6 6a12 + mivec gearbox + speedworks exhaust sistem + KnN filter(no need open port unit,just put the flat unit n cut a big hole at the air box) + SAFC..
good enough to tapau 6a12TT n mivec MD at sepang track anytime.

or

2)MIVEC 2.0(powerful)

or

3)4g63t evo3 (very powerful but very fast panas... 4 to 5 lap must rest the engine)

basically 6a12 engine is a high REV engine,the power n torq come in around 3500rpm...
u enjoy the pulling till 8000rpm no problem...
my car can reach 220kph no problem n i used 17'f n 18'r

What i mean is whether 6a13 can fit into Perdana without mod the mounting. If can't, then i think only can change to 6a12 because no need to mod the mounting? Just plug and play? Reason i want change to 5-speed autobox is because my original gearbox got problem already and i prefer auto. So, is there any 5-speed auto gearbox can withstand the power of 6a12tt ?

Haha. Original 6A12TT got auto ma. But its performance cant beat 4G63T (Lan Evo 1,2,3). Dont go for NA coz Perdana body quite heavy. So force induction is the solution. 6A12TT also cheaper than 4G63T. Many Perdanas owner changed to 6A12TT. So you? Hehe..

Ok, so now the engine is 6a12tt. How about the gearbox? I don't want stock gearbox because it only has 4-gears and having a lot problems. So is there any 5-speed auto gearbox can withstand the 6a12tt??
