guys, my installer is not functioning like normal. it doesn't even update itself to the latest installer 3.1
when i go into the installer, there is not even one featured software and my installer does not do auto update/resource checking like usual. all i see is white screen on Featured software.
i've done restoring 3 times using iliberty and the problem is still there. any suggestion?
currently i'm on FW 1.1.4 after downgrading from FW 2.0 (i still don't like 2.0 atm la that's why i downgrade)

did you create your iphone as a new phone or from the backup upon restoration?

no no. that is correct. stick to "as a new phone"


i can't think of anything now, but installer has begun to lose its popularity anyway. any chance that you wanna migrate over to cydia like the rest of us?

i've considered cydia as my second option my it seems too complicated when adding sources..hmm..i'll restore again later and see what happens.worst comes to worst i'll just stick to 2.0.

Try restoring again to your fw 1.1.4 and if you plan to upgrade, upgrade to fw 2.0.1. Not fw 2.0.0 or fw 2.0.2. Currently, fw 2.0.1 is stable and most of us recommend it.
