jus visited uncle wong's today, i also live in titiwangsa haha...
got 2 bettas for 70 wonder it's expensive for a biginner lol...
will certainly open my eyes to see more tomorrow....but then i already burn a hole in my wallet too early i guess....

actually i asked uncle wong to recommend some bettas that is cheap n 'tahan' a bit for a newbie...then he offer me 3 for rm40...not that beautiful though...so i jus take 1 of the 3 and add anothr 1 of my choice..of coz d other 1 is more expensive..uncle also hesitant to sell at that price haha....
pics i try to upload later ba...coz they r still in d plastic...looks pening2 so havent transfer yet.

uncle wong got a lot of reds...although i really like the shape, it looks quite plain to me, from a beginner point of view lah.
i also terlook at his tank where his bettas is...really many red double tail bettas...each spawn dunno can get how many...$$$$

but then uncle wong's betta many up to 80++...maybe bully newbie

do you all prefer hm or hmpk(not so sure wif the terms here)?

do male bettas make bubble nest all the time? 3 of my new male make many bubble, i m guessing shud be the bubble nest...how if i wan to change the water? will it get mad?

when changing water, how do u all clean up the dirt below d container if jus change 50-50 of the water?

i jus rear it in the chinese new year plastic cookie jar=.=
