I love brinjals and I'm not blind. Although I wear glasses but I blame it on books and television.

ermmm...hard to say...maybe when u are like 50-60 years old only got effect...
but yeah no scientific research on this...
anyway can't really trust the research, sometimes their result very ambiguous one...e.g. eat tofu MIGHT/PROBABLY/COULD HAVE lead to mandul etc...

I dunno how true this news is.
But from my personal experience, maybe it's true ?
Coz I never like brinjals and have never ate brinjals more than 5 times in my entire life !
And needless to say, my eyesight is pretty good.
Who knows ? Maybe there is some truth to it after-all .......

the brinjal issue is related to cataracts for the elderly, young ones are unaffected hahahha so stop eating them when you turn 40

Cataract? My goodness. Any source about this info?

But as far as I observe, my 89 year old grandma's eye sight is just fine. And she loves brinjals (oh she's hokkien, BTW).

But then again, all food should be taken in moderation.
So don't be too scared and give up on brinjal.
Go ahead and eat them, but in moderation rclxms.gif

My parents like brinjals very much and they don't seem to have any eyesight problem. They are in their forties.
