Which 1 is better Acer 4530 or Compaq cq40-115AU, help me decide :) :)

CQ-40 good with HD3200 & HDMI but max 2GB RAM size.
Is Compaq Presario CQ40-115AU using ACHI which advantage for faster OS/Application? How about the heat on palm rest/bottom ? |
