I think they can sell 100 PS3s throughout the day but I don't foresee 100 people queueing up for it. Firstly, it's not cheap. MGS4 was RM229. This is RM1800!
Secondly, the hardcore gamers all bought it already and it will appeal to those who insist on buying official products with local warranty. It will appeal to gamers who are not so hardcore but have the money to spend. All the games on offer are old stuff apart from SC4. Apart from the discount vouchers the package isn't that attractive. Very similar to the PSP package when launched. How many of you bought the official Sony Malaysia PSP? Anyway, I'll be there to enjoy the gathering and spread the Blackmango Games word. |
