Erh? Why capcom? I tot at the very least Namco Bandai did SC4?

i don't know why you guys still arguing bout SC4 competition and etc. Problem is sony DIDN'T even officially announced it or even put up ANYTHING on their website.
you guys can start killing each other once there is an announcement.

I am not talking if there is a launch or not. Everyone knows there will be launch. There isn't ANYTHING on that website stating whats the bundle, how it will be released, venue.. no information at all on the PS3 launch stuff. For all we know, they could come up with a new website again with different game in the compeition and different bundle or there will be no game compeition at all.

That website is old news and i already know about the launch before that website. If you study the history of that website, it was brought up and linked to sonystyle, then later because we were needed to wait for japan official announcement as stated by ruff, the link was cut and only this web is remaining.

Whether the announcement is made or not...with whatever info that we have right now...there are still people who wan't to argue about it...there's no harm done what...and even if there is harm done to SONY reputation...then it's still SONY's fault for not saying anything even though they can at least say the normal "We don't comment to rumors and speculations" comment...

And then....say SONY announced it today...with all new and totally diff bundle and game tourney...then...we can all argue the hell out of it all over again...ain't that great?

You got that right! Somehow i have a feeling Sony isn't going to post anyhing on their website regarding the launch today..

I am wondering where did they get the money to buy a PS3. Did they rob a bank or something? They don't look old enough to own a credit card.

Hmm congratulations to everyone who got their PS3 today!
I'm gonna get mine only by the end of 2010 I thnk..
Because the PS3 exclusives are the only games worthy of getting and they will all need time to release.

So while waiting for the PS3 games to release, I will get a 360 first instead.

I know but I hate waiting.
Versus XIII won't come out till 2010 I believe.
And God of War III as well.

So why should I get the console so early when I have to wait so damn long for all the great games to come out?
I prefer getting all the great games one shot.

So far MGS4, NGS and Disgaea 3 are the only games released that I will purchase.
3 games is still not enough to justify a purchase of an expensive console like the PS3.
So I'm not in a hurry to get a PS3.
All those awesome multiplatform games I will get for the 360 since it's said to be best on the 360 anyway.
And nope, I'm a Sony supporter but when it comes to choice I make, I look for the console that can give me the best games in quality AND quantity.

Well, I'm the one that reported it because I just found it ironic that they were playing the theme during the launch. Given all the noise in the area you could probably only hear it if you were near the stage area. I was standing at the back of all the seats taking shots. I guess I was standing near a speaker cause the sound was clear to me.

I'm not part of the news crew, the Kotaku person just mentioned that I reported, cause i submitted the news item to them.

As to hinting the organizers. There I was the moment I figured out the tune the first time as the first sony big wig entered from the area from One Utama itself, I was immediately shocked. And there in front of me was some people from Sony.. Now.. if I were to run up to the station and told them STOP THE MUSIC!!! What do you think would have happened?
