Well, i for one does not really fancy the USB port on the Lycossa itself. I kinda like the idea of having audio ports but i rarely use the USB port. Heck, the USB port on the Lycossa is kinda loose as well. My first one was really loose (plug in pendrive and the pendrive can be move around easily, if you get what i mean) and RMAed the keyboard, gotten a new one which is still loose as well.

well, even u tell them it's loose also they won't actually understand which part loose. Same applies to my laptop keyboard.

same.. my thumbdrives dun even work on my tarantula.. i have my mouse and laptop cooler plugged into my tarantula.. others wont work, no idea why.. and my laptop sucks.. 2 of the 4 usbs doesnt really work properly.. grr..

this is because tarantula usb port not enuff power...the power is use usb 1.1 ony althought it is 2.0 port...this is written at the manual book...haha

Anyway, mine doesnt really have problem with Pendrive, its able to detect but as said, somehow its showing USB1.1 though. But heck, i hate the loose USB port.

haha.. my 1 no loose also...i also not sure whether it detects usb or not...cos i don even have 1...

im looking forward to c the mirror lycosa since my reclusa in the box de... personal collection haha

What do u expect? This is how Razer did their products.

not really.. even when inserting both the usb plugs into 2 different usb ports, still the same.. so i give up.. anyways i dont really need to use thumbdrives on my keyboard, can just slot it into 1 of the unused usbports.. i wouldnt wanna get an additional usb hub, too many things on my desk, too messy.. so, no new keyboard for me unless if someone wants to buy my tarantula??? anyone?!?! super good condition!

haha.. im not using it too.. but the power is enuff for a small vacuum cleaner.. haha...actually just for convenience...the power there not enuff too..

If you mean the old Lycossa, its still roughly around RM280+ IIRC. Razer products rarely drop its price even with new announcement though. Even the Krait is still at around RM90+ with the announcement of Salmosa.
