Hi all., i am Ian, and i am a TVB series buff too., but seems i dont have Astro., the only way i follow the series is either by renting from Tai Seng last time or buying from local distributor.., which is Multimedia Entertainment Sdn. Bhd.

I called the company up for the first time to asked about The legends of Demigods., i swear on my life and name that i asked in proper manner, but thats not what happened from the other party, aka. the staff from Multimedia Entertainment Sdn. Bhd who answered my phone gaves me an unpleasant customer service experience, and i am totally disappointed on Multimedia Entertainment Sdn. Bhd..

Theres one HK phrase that always appears in TVB series,"今时今日咁既服务态度係唔得既！"

I had called up Samsung MAlaysia before, thought it was the worst ever customer service, but nope, the experience thats gave by Multimedia Entertainment Sdn. Bhd surpassed it.., even TMNUT, TELECOM, TNB, MAXIS, ASTRO has better customer service than Multimedia Entertainment Sdn. Bhd!

Sigh...
