E8500- i oc to 3.5ghz, why my cpuz is show 2.6ghz only??and my bios is show 3.5ghz
what the problem??

If stress, will the clock speed turn back to 3.5GHz?
If yes, disable EIST and C1E.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but its perfectly okay to leave the settings alone, since when the processor is in use, the speed will go back up to the o/c-ed speed?

but usually "best practice" we will disable those so that the proc speed is not up and down...
