I new here. Im BLM owner.
last week I installed new sound system. izzit will invalid the warranty?

anyway I use subwoofer 500W caliber brand, 3 days after that terbakar already. they said i tune the volume too high. izzit correct?
luckily they replace new one without any charge.

they install with new wiring.
I used bass Warrior brand for amp, stated 1200W

my subwoofer 500W only. it suppose still can handle it rite?

after they installed me the new 1, i feel not balance (not syok la). is there any tool maybe to tune back? sorry very noob to sound system

I cost me near 1K

what i knew

1) Sony X-plode spreake (4 pieces) = RM250
2) Bass Warrior Amp 1200W = RM400
3) Caliber 12" 500W subwoofer + box = RM200

other wiring & installation = +-100

I buy it at Super Star Segambut.

when i get back to the place to replace my subwoofer, i found the price for my amp is RM699. better beware guyz, u simply burnt rm300 if u dun bargain

Last time i bought at Kuchai (supposely proton Edar). the same thing happen. but i keep pushing everyday till he got bored.
i order black, but they only manage to get me gray coz tak tahan kene push. but i wont regret

I have install Subwoofer on my SAGA. What i recommend
If you are easy listener, without much bass just replace your current speaker. Take the good one, maybe with 300W or more speaker. dun install subwoofer. What can i say subwoofer is too excessive of bass and you will turn volume near max to have a good surrounding effect. when u tune slow the subwoofer is just annoying.

if you like techno or disco music just go for it!!! maybe you take 10 inch is subwoofer gud enuf. Im using 12 inch but nerver use max. sum more it will make ur car boot smaller. use twitter to make your sound system more feel.

ask the hustler for brand.

the battery will suffer but not much as every year need to change batt (the salesman told me). but when you use 2 amp (1 for woofer & 1 for speaker) the batt will much suffer. luckily im using 2 channel amp. im still confused what meant by that but the salesman said i do need to add more amp when 1 want to add more subwoofer. anyone care to explain?

Added on December 10, 2008, 4:33 pmim not so sure about that. when i was installing my sound system, the salesman show me his sound system, New SAGA also. he didnt installed the subwoofer. the sound is very clean. bass as very good & balance. forget to ask what brand izzit. he said it cost RM4k (dunno wether he lied). so i made the conclusion the higher the speaker price the better the sound system performance, regardless the subwoofer

mine at max 350km only if full tank.
hope someday my FC got better and better.

the checklist is the one that u shld check b4 take home the car. Usually the SA will check it in front of you. just ask anything if u dunno. make the SA feel suffer.. haha

got loan for new price, but the car is at old price. which mean you didnt have to pay full deposit since being backed up by the excess of loan amount. the bad thing you have to pay more on the monthly installment.

actually it doesnt look bad anyway.

if you take personal loan it take at least 5% or more on yearly interest

but u are using car loan (excess amount only) u are paying interest at 3.99% per year (dunno latest interest, mine is 3.99%). save
