Hey BLM owners, I'm interested in buying one but I've heard many saying the manual car is hard to drive..
I've tried it once and the common 'problems' are:

* slow reaction when i accelerate
* first gear damn hard to engage
* hard to find the balance (the point of releasing the clutch to enable smooth gear change)
* rpm drops very slowly when clutch is pressed to change gear (by the time you change to another gear... the engine like roaring d)

Is it because of the car or is it our driving habits that need change?? 

My saga blm got alot of problem

1)high fuel consumption
2)not smooth acceleration, kinda slow and no power
3)door problem, when i press the door hard the light will bright even i lock it.
4)even with power steering i still feel the steering is heavier and slower then other car

Gosh..can't wait for my BLM too..
the agent said around Raya time can get.. hopefully LOL..

Getting manual tho.. after reading from this thread.. found out it will be a hard car to drive in the beginning.. @@

hmm... i wonder what they put the IAFM for anyway? how often do ordinary ppl get to go at that speed?

ya..all the workshop guy also say 300....they say all tyres are 300....always will be

my side mirror cracked, anybody know how much to replace ? or it is covered under warranty ?

rm50 (rm2.3/l) = 21.74 litres =283km =13km/L = RM0.176/KM 
50% highway 50% city (plus always jam)
Top speed: 120km/h
Later will go pump caltex, after caltex try esso/mobil

just to report some problem of my car to u guys....

1) power window switch (right hand side) giving problem to me already..can wind down but cannot wind back up.... front passenger power window switch different...can wind up but cannot wind down....wtf

2) car engine sound seems more coarse....macam old engine punya sound dah....

3) FC still so bad even if i'm going for 15k service nex week edi...full tank rm60+- onli can go 280km ~ 300km max 

4) a lot of rattling sound from both front doors and more sound from front passenger seat....

1) I know that it's a small problem, but still, i'm just pointing it out to see if others is experiencing the same thing as me or not...hehe...paiseh... (Even when i go to SC, they'll say no stock..ask me wait...when got stock they'll call and update me...till now also no news...that was when i went for my 10k service around end of August last time.)

2) Not those loud sound when you're rev-ing your car high....It's the sound when i already start my car, then when I leave it there, the sound is so coarse compared to a few months back. 

3) Normally city drive...2.5k ~ 3k rev...80 ~ 90km/h most of the time...At highways...normally will be 110 ~ 140km/h...sometimes 160km/h....

4) Not as in being hit by stones...it's like as if something is loose inside the door there....i dunno how 2 explain it out....but u'll get the picture when u put some coins on the tray just below the power outlet of our blm and when u drive through some bumpy road...it's like those sounds....

hahahaha......sometime car sound only can be heard by the driver..passager cannot hear one....weiiiird
the car only give owner to hear
like my dad's waja...he heard sound...i hear none...haha

it's the absorber....all our have it when we turn hard

more or less lor..its hard to say coz some cars do and some cars dont..depends on the hardness and frequency.

3. 95 and 95.5   (joking) i think V-powah is 95 ron but with some additives.

i remember reading somewhere that its RON 99 anyway it doesnt make any big difference
