hey I'm thinking of getting a BLM for my college year in the town, anyone mind to explain to me how to break in the engine?

how? 1st gear, 2nd gear, 3rd, 4th rev it to how many rpm?? sometime i feel painful if i rev my car till it screams

it that type of break in is what they called an easy break in? which is bad for the engine?
