Whats the most economical speed and what gear to drive my saga blm at, so that FC is low??

Havent really calculated my car's FC but i know tht ive spend alot of money on fuel.

I juz got my car last week and ive nt driven my car past 90km/h at 5th gear.

Izit true tht people say u should nt drive ur car past 80 or 90 km/h for the first 1000km??

There will be no labor charge for the first 3 services which is until 10,000km rite. After tht does anyone know at what mileage should the next servicing be and roughly how much does it cost???

Do u guys go back to the SC for the 4th servicing and so on? or Service the car at any workshop?

Its safer to close the door while the window is winded up. Else when u close the door when the window is down, the whole window will shake and might come out of the window holder. Happen to my waja b4.

May i know wat floor mats r u guys using for ur blm??? The standard coil mats tht came with the car or .........?? Removing dirt, sand and mud from the coil mats is difficult.

This is my first time using shell super. B4 this was using mobil. This morning i filled up rm50 and got 23.26 liter. So its rm2.15/liter. Does anyone know how much is v-power rm/liter??

1. Does anyone know the price of Shell Helix HX7 10W-40 and PETRONAS Syntium 800 SL 10W-40? or Which is cheaper?

2. Which engine oil is better in terms of FC and performance, Shell Helix HX7 10W-40 or PETRONAS Syntium 800 SL 10W-40?

3. Whats the difference between PETRONAS Syntium 800 SL 10W-40 and 15W-50 since both are semi synthetic?

Are there any tread wear indicators on the Ducaro GA tyres?? I cnt seem to find them. Does anyone know where is the production date on the tyres and how to read them? What liquid wash do u guys use for the front windscreen washer or juz normal water?

The new saga blm comes with immobilizer, first aid kid, trunk lid cover, first aid kit, safety triangle, luggage tray and door visor which adds up RM1,500 to the original amount making it rm38,998 if im not wrong.

SiuYi, I have tht signal both sides on the fender so means i got the new version of saga blm?? But i dont have all the extra accessories!!! What confuses me is, according to SuiYi, the new saga comes with side signal on the fender. Since i have tht shouldnt i be having all the extra accessories . I only paid rm37,498 for my 1.3 ML (M) MT saga blm. Tht explains why i guess.

nazri86a, I can see tht uve installed ngv in ur saga blm. Im kinda interested actually. Does ithe tank take up much of the booth space? Rm8 for full tank is not bad at all. Can u let us know on the performance wise comparing petrol and ngv? Btw, how far can ur car travel with ngv full tank?

Does anyone know whether the key whole lights up when the door is opened?? The key whole looks like it can light up like waja's key whole. But mine cant. Useful during the night helping u to insert the key and start the engine.

nazri86a, U mean we have to fix all the components to gather first ourself thn only go accessory shop and pasang? Izit possible to ask the shop to do the whole thing for us?

Does anyone here use tyre polish? Ive tried using it yesterday, using a dry cloth to apply the polish on my blm tyres. I found it difficult to spread the polish around the tyre and it took me quite awhile to apply polish to all 4 tyres. Any other easier method besides using a cloth?? A sponge wouldnt make any difference too i guess.

-storm-, The tyre polish tht im using is liquid but it is thick. Can u define the cream type??

Guys, is it advisable to change our car's rims to 16" and use smaller tyre size? I see most of blm owners are using 15" rims for their blm. Why not 16" rims?

Yea, ive read tht the car's pickup will be slower and stoping(braking) would be more difficult. So i guess 15" rims r the best to change to. What size tyres are recommended on 15" rims?
