Sorry..I haven't get my car yet..

I wanna ask what accessories will include when I get my car,just to make sure..

Will I have this :

Trunk Lid Cover
Immobilizer
Tinted Window
1st Aid Kit
Luggage Tray
Safety Triangle
Door Visor

I book my car last month 13th.. Car price are RM37048.00..

Or I will only get this ALL with the price of RM38548.00??

Everyone_Hi..

I should get my car today but yesterday I tried to call my SA to confirm.. He like disappear.. Call the h.phone no answer like switch the whole day.. I sms him no reply also... But when I say I wanna pay my booking fee and downpayment,he so nice,reply call,talk so sweet... After receive the money... The guy just gone... Promise also blank...

I manage to call the office to get up with him... He say what K1 form not arrive yet... But when I pay him the d/payment on this week tuesday,he say the next day can get liao... Then today phone him office say no arrive yet... Wow... This kind of customer service really suck...

No say yet... Last month pay the booking fee,he dun wan give me official receipt also... After chase from morning until night for 6 day, then I say I wan see the manager,then he give me the official receipt... This SA make mer headache... Now he promise today(Friday 05-12-08) can get car.. But seem like I'm being con by him...

How? Now where to get help... I dun wan get my car next month.., He say got ready stock one... Haih... Sigh... I dun wan like last time chasing the receipt.. Now he say may be next monday.. Later in monday he will say again next what blah blah blah... Arrhhh... Help...

I agree wif u.. Really no receipt can't proof anything... He wrote the sale booking order,then he say got his signature mean is approve one liao... Really siao... There also printed must insist for receipt when pay.. I told him.. He say the account department offline liao... For 6 day I chase... I call many times and I even went there a few times... Really make me qi siao(crazy)...

so anyone know how long to take for them to repare the car for me?? usually take how long?? if continue like that can die le, the SA always tai chi wif me... last time my gf buy perodua kelisa.. in the same she pay the money she also get the car in the same day.. the produa SA say haiya must need to fast la,now all online liao... slow then cannot earn more lo... That's what I say for EXCELLENT customer service...

I booked from Proton Edar Sdn Bhd... Haih... I will wait for the SA see how is his promises going on...
Later I will call to complaint him... for ruin the Proton reputation...

Hmm.. Seem like many of us kena wif their(Proton) "friendly" services... Then Proton really should improve itself from internal.. Basically start from customer services... Now they say join partnership wif Mitsubishi,later the customer from Japan call them.. Then they also treat them wif their "friendly" services, then Proton really can close shop liao...

Added on December 5, 2008, 5:00 pmYup, the radio say book now and you will get the Saga in a month of time... Somemore can save a lot b4 the new price activated when their 2008 Saga sold out... Mean the new 2009 Saga will sell wif new price which is RM1500 more expensive than the price now...

Buy now to save more...

I call my SA just now b4 6pm ask bout my Saga he promise that today come out... But he fail... He say the car will only reach there(shop) tomorrow(saturday).. He even ask me to go t see the car myself at 4pm... Hope he won't lie to me AGAIN like last time when I request for receipt... He ask me to come but then he told me no receipt... And ask me have lunch wif him... Shit la...

One more thing, the SA say about the Saga door is not safe... It is easy for the auto theft to break in just by using a steel ruler... Is it true?? Then he ask me to handle RM180.00 to add metal plate into the door to make it harder for the auto theft to break in... Somemore he added all of he customer also apply this to their Saga BLM...

Then I will only get the tinted voucher RM150.00 and RM20.00 petrol... What he told me just now...

Hope this time is true that my Saga will be release to me next week(Tuesday)... Wish me luck...

is juz that the SA that make the whole thing screw up...
I assume that the proton should train their SA and send them to school, somemore teach them "MORAL"...

i just get my car yesterday,m line manual.. wow,when driving the gear changing is ok la,just 1st and 2nd little bit hard.. but the sound so loud... bising lo... so kasar like driving motor... when no moving, stay at 1000rpm.. when moving stay at 3000rpm +++... wow..

then the sound is like starting up a motorcycle when we start up our car,is it normal?? boom boom..

where to add spoiler nice and reasonable price one??
when reverse can't see the car tail.. unlike when driving nissan sentra i can see the tail,so more confidence when reverse..

add spoiler may be will help..
