Hi guys..new help...new here...just wanna ask is this normal?

Hey guys,hehehe..sory ya...what i mean is the oil pressure warning...is it normal to brighten up when u turn ur ignition key halfway b4 start?or everybody is the same?
Hehehe...quite noob here abt it..its my mum car,so i had to help her to take care of. it...Its a nice car though...  |
