think of the cons of xenon flash, consumes more battery life and more space. Comparing N79 and N82, N82 feels like the hulk. Even N78 is noticeably bigger and thicker than N79 despite just a few mm difference.

how come ? Isn't the 5800 XM also using the same CPU with same amount of RAM, demo shows that 5800 XM can handle video quite well.

this phone is not as sturdy as W800i. But overall it's very slim, is the slimmest among Nseries, naviwheel is quite responsive but not oversensitive.

n82 eats more power, because it got dual processor as oppose to single ARM N79.

i think you will find surfing and even posting from the N79 to be less painful than your Asus PDA. I used to have P525 but never surf as much as I did with my N79.

heh.. use left hand lah, can use ur palm and thumbs to support the phone from falling, while index finger just conveniently reach the shutter

N79 is not a camera centric phone, but even those SE Cybershot phones which has face detection, most of the time the pic quality also not as good as standard N95/N82.
