Older band / musician tend to be crap nowadays. Maybe they no longer focus mainly on the musical side, instead they're focusing more on the business side and entrepreneur. Some of them focus on writing, grove, melody. No longer try to outdo themselves with each new stuff like they always did during their younger days. Some people think it is maturity, some other think those band are simply lost the fire

Can anybody recommend new Thrash metal band worth listening?

ok, i might be a noob in this. Which earphones (brand, series or model etc) is good for listening to metal music? Again, i am not an audiophile, thus it might be a silly question. just seeking for advice. hehe..

best if the recommended one is available locally (limited choices?)

quite nice song and unique arrangement. but i failed to find which band sang it.

Megadeth- Kingmaker 

There are couple of nice songs. But think of it as hard rock album, it's not so metal. They're still my fav band though, but i never thought Dave Mustaine would write bunch of weak lyrics in one album. Usually he's always subtle, poetic, personal, hard to decipher.

Crazy, less than 48 hours, 75,000 tix sold out.

for Wacken, u cant do bidding over ebay or whatsoever like those days. Every ticket is personalize, meaning you ll have your name on it. Before entering the venue, all IDs will be check. but no worries. even if you cant go, you can still sell back the ticket through they official website only. so, there's no point buying all the tix and sell it online becuz no 1 will buy them.

i am one of the lucky ones who was able to buy the tix on the same day they open the ticket sales. during the purchasing process, i had to register my name on the ticket. now, i ll just have to wait for them to mail me the tix and t shirt! hehe..

due to many 'scalping' activities in ebay and etc, the festival organizer are smarter now. Festival like Soundwave also have their own ticket swap or re-sell ticket program to ensure you dont get con by those ebay seller and etc.

I must say, old school metal. Good to see A7X maturing over age. One of the best album to date, slightly behind City of Evil IMO
