You like industrial metal? Can recommend me some great Rob Zombie songs & album? Btw, i'm looking foward to Hellbilly Deluxe 2 because i find song like "What" and " Sick Bubblegum" is very catchy. NIN i only have THe Slip because it is free to download. I wonder how he perform that song live as it contain many effect.

of course i love horror movie especially the b grade. And i can tolerate gore thats why i'm interested at Rob Zombie songs because the lyric & themes is nasty. Plus Living Dead Girl is the soundtrack for Bride of Chucky (i think). Where do you find all his movie and music? Speedy?

Droogies!

For the last few weeks I have been telling you about a huge project coming up. Well, yesterday I submitted our work for approval and it was approved, so very soon we will be able to say 'what' this very big announcement is. Rest assured it involves a new song that I have just recently written, with more co-writing from Chris Broderick. It's another aggressive, complicated Megadeth track, and I will give you more details as soon as I can.

I was looking at the top 100 albums on Amazon in the Thrash category and we have 16 records in the Top 100 on their site. What a great feeling!

You also no doubt saw all of the tour dates coming in for 2010, which promises to be an extensive touring year. We are planning on (in no particular order – but this is close) doing the R.I.P. tour all of March with our dear friends in Exodus and Testament, which is progressing, then to South America in April, then Europe in June and early July, then Canada in late July, then the States in August with Slayer, then back to the Pacific Rim after that and HOPEFULLY Australia and New Zealand again. We are trying to make our "Pac Rim Tours" always include New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Japan, South Korea.

Hopefully we will soon be playing in China (and surrounding areas like Hong Kong, Taipei, and Taiwan), and also in Malaysia (of course we would need the government's permission because we have been banned from playing in Malaysia because of a Satanic ritual where someone painted Megadeth at a crime scene and the government blamed us and banned us).

More to follow . . .

The Iron Maidens is some kind of underground all female tribute band for Iron Maiden same as Mistallica. IF the real Iron Maiden come here, i dont know..maybe it will happen in 100 years.

dont expect them to be thrashy and full speed like Megadeth. They're NWOBHM so the music is kinda advance version of Black Sabbath.

I just bought Black Clouds & Silver Linings by Dream Theatre. I must say it is a very solid album. The Count of Tuscany is great epic ending track. I'm not very prefer keyboard in a metal band but i'm impressed with Jordan Rudess. He got so much melody in his playing.

underground that why nobody support. Reason is because nobody heard of them and dont know if the music they play is nice. U dont have to be mainstream but at least do some promotion to let people know that u exists. These bands just  neeed to learn some marketing

that's what a true Death Metal and Black Metal goal. They never intended to make into public or mainstream.

old school headbanger would never considered nu-metal as a part of metal. I understand that sentiment because as a follower of thrash metal, i think screamo, nu-metal etc. is aimed generally for commercial market. Look how fast screamo, all those pop goes punk cover band fanbase grow in the past 2 years usually within high school to tenageer. Afterall, the music and song structure itself is inferior to thrash and heavy metal.

Most of Malaysian mainstream rock band imitating Iron Maiden, Metallica and Guns N Roses, musically and personally. Sad but True. THe only thing i don't like is the lyric. Always talk about endless love, women, jiwang2... where's the aggression?
