QUOTE(low7 @ Dec 30 2009, 04:17 AM) Mustaine has one of the worst vocals in metal. He sounds like a wuss. For me, Metallica beats the crap out of Megadeth anytime. So therefore Metallica owns Megadeth. for me , when megadeth perform live , mustaine's vocal not sound good, but in record, i think it's ok..sometimes i just love his voice loll This post has been edited by scorps: Dec 30 2009, 09:45 AM |

it's true some statement said that Mustaine not do too much talking with the crowd when on stage performing live concert ? it's because he want to save time or his habit like that?

QUOTE(Angel of Deth @ Dec 30 2009, 06:22 PM) from what i see in Rude Awakening and That One Night he dont talk too much and those concert end pretty fast compare to Live Shit- Metallica. But of course he did some talking to fans sometime like the Endgame tour. yeah that my point.. once mustaine said while LIVE IN SAN DIEGO (2008) "we dont have a lot of time to dig around , so we will play as many song as we can, as fastest as we can, we got old songs, we got a new songs," Added on December 30, 2009, 10:40 pm QUOTE(+3kk! @ Dec 30 2009, 09:52 PM) i dont mind their music but some of them really are like due to different strategies in creating a SLAYER song, they no longer collect enough songs and put on records, This is according to Kerry King (guitar) can avoid the same songs.OHAGOI QIAHJHFAKNDI JIJDISJDIS WRAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGBBBBBBBBBBLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL i just cant effing understand whats your fav band some Slayer fans said they less interested with songs created by Kerry King. Hanneman, the more creative, full of twist and not too tied to a particular structure. coupled with the good melody. this has been proven in previous albums. simply select which songs evergreen SLAYER, 80% are writing Hanneman.Raining Blood? Angel Of Death? South Of Heaven? QUOTE(Angel of Deth @ Dec 21 2009, 01:29 AM) there is more from Jeff's blog. Latest one is on 20.12.2009 Mustaine seems unable to accept the decision he issued and any discretion arises when about METALLICAWho can't believe that after all this years Dave still talk about Metallica. He also keep mentioning that he has forgave Jr. for the lawsuit case. Seriously why he said like that? He also counter suing Jr. after Jr. attempt to sued him failed. I mean why did he choose word 'forgave', it seem to me like he never make any mistake with his former band members and Jr. is the only one at fault. I like Megadeth music a lot but no one can't deny Dave Mustaine is egomaniac and control freak. 2-3 years if possible logic la jugak. but until now have commentaries so. Reply Mustaine once simple, "why you ask questions about Metallica? I said with honest la, if not asked, I shall not comment". Hehehe .... |

QUOTE(haldam1r @ Jan 3 2010, 01:29 AM) Are u gay?!?!?!?!?! If u say LP, simple plan, fall out gayboys, My Gay Romance as metal, u r breaking Black Metal rule no1 ahahaha yeah u rite mate.. well, METALLICA evolution from a garage band the biggest band the world would definitely be a miracle. They are not catching bands like most bands fit the present. They are also not created by the band and record company producers. They truly, ordinary guys ... playing music. Instead sided with their fate and they were big like now ..for me, they are so determined. In particular two main members, Ulrich and Hetfield. QUOTE Dave Mustaine invented thrash. Fact. All the best songs on Kill ‘Em All were his. Listen to Killing Is My Business and you’ll hear the real birth of thrash/speed metal. Listen to Kill ‘Em All and you’ll hear the bit just before the birth of thrash metal…the bit where heavy metal bands sped up a bit and took more speed to assist with the speeding up thing. It was all Mustaine’s idea. Seriously. That’s why Megadeth are still a thrash metal band. Because that’s what he does. I’m not sure that Metallica are entirely sure what they are these days. Either way, Dave Mustaine invented thrash. Factimundo. Don’t agree? Too bad. Dave Mustaine invented thrash. |

QUOTE(Angel of Deth @ Jan 4 2010, 07:44 PM) Friedman usually wirte his own solos in Megadeth but he rarely get credited. I dont understand Megadeth credit style. I dont believe if all songs written solely by Dave Mustaine as stated in the credit. But sometime Dave gave some idea to Marty because he's the main songwriter. that the point that i need to clarifyowh if i can see mustaine, i will ask about this question loll interview him so how about metallica's style? |

QUOTE(Angel of Deth @ Jan 4 2010, 08:16 PM) Metallica also have control freak like James and Lars. They both are the main songwriter and composer. Kirk usually got the sharing credit too because he contribute lot to guitar solo. The riff and lyric mainly come from James and Lars make the arrangement. Jason rarely got the chance to give some input as the other members downplayed him. From many stories i read, they think Jason is inferior than Cliff. Jason stated he never felt like a true member in his 15 years stint in Metallica. what i know, the enter sandman riff is originally from Hammert,But post St. Anger period they share all the writing credits because James and Lars become more open. Robert Trujillo also write the main riff for All Nightmare Long. Btw, Cliff also got plenty credit because all the member of Metallica respect him very much and accept input from him. and the solos from The unforgiven also from him, and they put credit on Hammert, that show ulrich and james respect the contribute of others band members. but on Megadeth cases, i dont know much laa.. : hmm |

Glen Drover's solo is like reported by public just kind in the CD, no matter who's era. Even solo Friedman even though similar, but skills certainly more Friedman. they may have specific techniques used to obtain the same pattern, but two thumbs up because that can execute Solos!
Friedman used Jackson Kelly Guitar and Pitrelli using Gibson Explorer |
