Finally they put "Backgound doownload" feature in Home v1.00.


at least i no longer need to stare at the lifeless screen waiting for the loading bar to full

so far SG Home is the fastest for me.

the slowest?...the award goes to UK PSN laugh.gif

i even fall asleep while waiting the Home Square to finish download



US HOME: Nice & elegant

EU HOME: Colourful & got alot of trees

SG HOME: Peaceful.....& got a nice Sea view

correct. The invite dictate which PSN ID can be used to redeem the client program.


let me clarify something. Since HOME no longer under the Game section, you can access home from all your PSN ID inside your PS3. In my case, i got US, UK, SG & JP PSN id. Each time i launch HOME from either of the ID, it will go to the region the PSN id i use.

You still can cross invite your friend to you region BUT only resticted to your Personal Space. i already tested this with samurai20 yesterday morning. He using US PSN & Im using SG PSN. I can go to his Personal Space & vice versa..but by the time we exit the personal space, we were directed to our region Home Square. And i cant even invite him to join me at SG Home Square. All i can do is call him using in-game phone service and the quality is surprisingly good


Talking about voice chat, i've been to US & UK HOME and the quality of voice chat is super good. with no noise nor lag compare to other games voice chat. oh and UK HOME got 3 chess table in Shopping Mall. A good thing to have since you can hang out & watch people play chess while listening their voice chat tongue.gif


I must say HOME has improve in numerous way and im very excited for this service to launch in near future

I forgot to state something.



HOME does not work with MY PSN....yet,


if you try to login..you'll get network error

for now, based from my experience, you can access HOME using US, UK, JP, HK & SG PSN

hmmmm...after update to 1.1..the game ask to update to 1.2...then 1.3..i just, WTF?


and untill now i got a problem to log on...always got Network Error
