where u buy it from? physical damage like burn mark, i think cannot claim bro

my friend bought a defective RAM from the same place. but had to wait 1-2 weeks for RMA. RAM now comes with lifetime warranty and i think you should not have any problems when doing RMA, provided you did not overclocked the modules

just tell them it cannot be detected and dont tewll them u burnt it smile.gif

Most important is wipe off the burnt mark usually alcohol can clean it up then pack up everything nicely den go claim. IF within 1 week u can get 1 to 1 exchange. IF more den 1 week then u must wait for RMA. Make sure u clean the burn marks nicely. IF got transistors, caps or sum stuff burn or pop out then gg edi. RMA usually can work as long as there's no visible burns, no broken pcb, no damage on components.
