This tax is not going into the Government's pocket. It is to be retained by the 435 restaurants.
KFC, McDonald's and Pizza Hut are in the list, please check carefully. McDonald's is known as Golden Arches Restaurants Sdn Bhd.
KL's McDonald's have different price for its products than Kedah I believe. It is the Master Franchisor's plan.
Old Town Kopitiam Sdn Bhd covers ALL Old Town Kipitiam across the country. There is no such thing as Old Town Kopitiam Melaka/Negeri Sembilan.
Old Town Kopitiam was registered under 3 different names, so besides Old Town Kopitiam Cheras and Old Town Kopitiam KL, all other Old Towns are under the registration of Old Town Kopitiam Sdn Bhd. Please check to confirm.
A correction to the bold statement, the threshold amount of RM3 million is per annum, NOT per month. So it equates to RM250,000 per month. Still think Starbucks Coffee can't make this amount?
