Looks like more cannot make it or cannot commit.

Any TT made after September 1st, I'm afraid I cannot come. It's the fasting month, and I'm not keen on going out after buka puasa to attend one. Neither is hanging out at an eatery for the TT and watch others drink while I'm fasting.

But whoever attending and speaking out at the TT, please be concise on your information, do not feed misguiding infos to those coming to learn. If it is also an unlocking session, make sure you have your gears working too. tongue.gif

I also may not be able to make it in October and November, got my annual "living in the States" trip coming up on those two months. I've been neglecting my beloved for far too long already.

Whenever it it, I hope the organizer please make it clear, and state the venue and time promptly. Most of all, have fun. nod.gif

How the hell does anyone ties Tinkerbel to Machines, or what the connection is, I could not grasp. Where does all this come from? Hearsay or heresy?

I've Asphalt 4, and the game is awesome! Includes even car customizations, really deep for a cellphone game.

I'm again status "tentative" after raya, October and November is a busy month for me, travelling cross Pacific Ocean to Schwarzeneggerland.

People definitely could not come in that case, it's the day before the long Raya holiday. Balik kampung and all.

You said berbuka together, that would imply the Muslims? What are the chances of the TT getting those fasting to come on the last day of fasting, and on the eve of Raya? tongue.gif

Hey, I'm most probably working on Raya day, okay? At least you're off on Raya.

Double whammy for me too, since I've no kampung, been in KL all my life.

All I'm saying is that most of the Muslim folks would probably prefer to stay at home and break fast at home on the last day of Ramadhan. They would do that to make sure they have ample time to either prepare for the journey to get back to kampung, or if they are staying in KL, to decorate and prepare their homes nicely for tomorrow's Raya.

Heck, some of them would already back in their kampung already and getting ready for Raya the next day.

Wish you're married to cuti awal? I'd rather not be in that "prison" just to get leave early. tongue.gif

Kampung KL, bang.

But I wont be here after Raya. Interspersed between work and trips to Ahnuld's state.

Plus, house under renovation. Old house, needs patching and the works.

Seriously, I dont mind. *provided those coming , I can trust lah. I have trust issues with forum folks coming to my home, after what happened last time*

But the timing, and the future itineraries I had to go through does not allow this.

who are the trusted ones then?

and what happened the last time, dude? theft? vandalism? they had s e x on your bed? drunkards? high on drugs?

Those I can tolerate,handle or even brush off as trivial.

What I cant tolerate is what this person did to his trusted companions: Google/Wiki up Judas Iscariot. Trust and loyalty bled away that day.

teh tarik session.. or in layman's term - iphone bragging sessions at starbucks..

I'm sorry you think that way, but NO. If everybody have an iPhone at a TT, there is nothing to brag now, is it? rolleyes.gif

Life must have treated you badly for you to be this bitter and snarky.

To others really genuinely interested on what goes on at a TT, it is more of a problem-solving and sharing-of-info kinda thing. Nobody is left feeling left out when an iPhone TT is over, and at the very least, we try to make such a session informative and useful for would-be prospective owners. A TT session is the best way for you to test-drive an iPhone before you decide on taking the plunge, and also, if you're already an iPhone user, to try out the numerous softwares and apps, from the AppStore or third-party sources like Cydia/Installer before you install and run it on your iPhone. That way, if there are complications and problems when running a particular app, any TT attendee can forewarn the others about the impending problems and save others from the headaches.

Please, dont listen to this guy, we are not like those blueblood aloofs or such thing as what I assume the poster above me is attempting to portray. TT sessions are the best way to get yourself up-to-date with the current pwnage/jailbreaking scene, and even get your iPhone updated, jailbroken and unlocked to the latest firmware. That's what happened during the last impromptu TT session.

reminds me of a scene from family guy (Stewie Kills Lois part 2)

Joe: So what you're saying is we've got a homicidal baby on our hands.
Chris: Mom Dad Stewie's gone!
Joe: Don't worry Lois, we'll catch him.

{Cut to Bruce's house}
Joe: Sorry to bother you but we have a fugitive baby on our hands. Have you seen this child?
Bruce: No I haven't officer, but I sure will keep my eyes open.
Voice from inside: What is it?
Bruce: That killer baby from the trial's gone missing.
Voice from inside: Ooohhh Noooo
Bruce: I knoooow

@Tink,

The "Oh No, I Know" joke is because of the banter between me and Nokia before he posted that description of Family Guy Bruce. I further clarify with that Youtube clip. tongue.gif

@Nokia,

I went scrambling for that Youtube clip, bro. I had them tagged in Apple TV as favourites so that I can quickly watch it when I can. Scanning per episode may take some time. tongue.gif Mayor Bee, anyone? laugh.gif

^I think it is a combination of "Lois, Mom, Mummy, Mama, Ma, Mom, Mommy" and back to "Mama" before Stewie says "Hi" and the giggle. tongue.gif

Got em, from iTunes. Cant share this, nor should anyone, dude. That constitutes piracy. Watching this legally is available via Hulu.com

i just watched that episode literally moments ago.

The next episode will be about Mort Goldman going to Germany.....World War II Germany! He accidentally stepped into Stewie's time machine and got himself sent to WWII Nazi Germany. It is up to the Griffins to rescue him. Episode is titled "Road to Germany" and scheduled to be broadcasted on next Sunday October 19th at 9pm on FOX. I thank TV Forecast app on my Aifontriji for keeping me up to date on the release dates, it even has a countdown timer when viewed in landscape mode! thumbup.gif

Instead of asking "when is the next TT?", why not someone step up and be accountable and organize one, instead of passing the baton around like musical chair? Corvinux done his part, and the impromptu TT I made have run its course. It is not hard to do, just takes a little bit of effort and making sure the majority agrees on a date. Or simply set A date, stick by it, and see how many can come. Shifting it around would make it look like you're not serious on a gathering, and that draws the interest away from it.

We're all here to help each other, but nobody can help anyone if no one takes the first step.
