thank you for your info...i read many reviews on web, they all said its hot. and even update the bios, it is still warm compare to other... i dun like this...i think i will just consider another model..

how abt ATI ? will it get as hot as nvidia?

tats mean only integrated gpu will not get warm like those got extra graphic card? so only can choose in btw integrated gpu or better gaming performance?

but can it play games like L4D nicely without any lagging?

i think i rather wait for newer model which not using gma.. actually got few model look quite nice but all using gma...

when i purchase the netbook from dell, it also shows canceled.. in fact, they change the order number..u can click on more order in the canceled status page there..see if it appear the new order number with the status or not..

err..for my case, it took abt 3 days to show order received after i place the order..i also use 0% credit card installment.. but if u need more infor, go to dell website, click contact customer service..then send an email and quote ur old order num and asking why it shows cancel when u check the status (pretend you still duno abt new order number) and want to know when wil you receive it...they will reply u change to new order number and bla bla bla..and give you an estimated date.. but normally you will receive it few days earlier then what they estimated.. my sister laptop was received about 1 week+ earlier which they estimated will receive by next week friday... this is just to give you peace of mind also..

anyway, which laptop you buy???

WOW..seems like quite a lot of ppl buying sxps 16..whats make you order that? i feel its size a bit bulky...

at first i am also thinking to get xps13..but too bad many ppl complain abt the notebook very hot...so i give up...
i also like its design and backlit keypad..quite cool...
