LOL. My friend did that for me. I'm newbie too =D. just here to learn some IT stuff. What I found now was different from what he's using. GO control panel, type "startup" on search. Should be able to see "Windows Defender". Click the underlined sentence. Find that "bttrat.exe" i guess.

Added on July 4, 2009, 12:23 pmAnyone has any idea how to check my DVD drive type? There're 4 driver types in Dell's site. I don't know which one to download.

LOL. Everyone had the same question while buying it. Well, it's a software. It's kinda useless for me or perhaps majority.

Try this .Click "Start" button > right click "Computer" > select properties > select "Device Manager" on the left menu > Select DVD/CDROM drives in the list.

Hmm. There's some kinda dust stick in small hole of the speakers beside. How I get rid of it? It's there any way of cleaning this 1640? The appearance make my laptop looks cheap. T_T'' heart break

4670 is definitely better than 4650 man.... I rather wait for SXPS! SXPS has a better design. Looks more like a PRO and LUXURY!

Hmm. From my experience, SXPS 1640 do produced quite high heat. Cooler pad is a must for this laptop during high performance times, e.g. gaming. I usually use it in air-conditioned room. It's okay for me.
