I'm the one using TV tuner in M'sia.
That Tv card is not support my M'sia TV.

this is the reason Dell decide refunding or compensate. (they will never compensate)
If ur system using 64bits then u can get ur signal.
Major due to TV card, my right hand side palm rest is bend. Hving a gap whole i close my lid.
3 time replace twice taking back also unable to fix the main problem as above.

tention, the problem is not make by me. If i buy original game, the result also like that. Dell driver suck.

I said Hardware, they replace me keep replace me with scratches unit. For u, will u take it ? U think u pay money for original unit but at last many part of ur system become refurbish part and hv 2 faulty unable to fix.
Then they suddenly told u the faulty is domestic damage, by the way u said is me create or me try to cheat them. U think u angry or not ? But in real that faulty is cause by they design or they technical problem.

If i take my unit out, i meet someone using SXPS 16 also. I think they will laugh at me.
1st my lid close unevenly or hving a gap but they dont hv at all. 2nd my right hand palm rest is not flat or bend, and they dont. will u laugh at that ppl ?? or u think that ppl buy refurbish unit, poor ppl dont hv money to buy original SXPS 16,go buy refurbish unit what a pathetic dog like you . But instead this unit is original unit. So how do u show off with them ?? Nvm, u guy dont understand bcoz u guy didnt face such issue. For that driver case, I'm not free to go download mobo driver. That thing need to wait after 28 April.I'm using mobile online, unable to upload photo ~.~ Keep fails.

For that palm rest is not scratches actually but that manager said is domestic damage ~.~
It's obvious cost by design problem said by previous technician.
I know why that manager dont want to fix it, bcoz i email to customer care to identify him and ask for few question why he can do this.

U better call Dell ask them fix it for u. If want to refund that Tv card they hv to down grade ur system. I think you still can keep the card if u really want. Dell would not allowed any of his customer to keep unusable hardware in their notebook. If refund they may refund whole system ~

hmmm .... base on the spect and price. You should take Studio rather than Studio XPS bcoz design didnt mean everything.

both only different in design. Forget about DDR3 ram bcoz it's no different when SXPS use DDR2 ~.~

I purchase at Rm 4927 and upgrade system with RM360.
They send me a list with price RM 4356 in DHL express. I call to customer care they said it's RM 4927.
I said my upgrade ald integrated in my system it's unable to remove ~
so now waiting they reconsider the price ~

I wish not to refund but compensate with that faulty ~ what ever since they decide full refund ~

not really hot... for me is ok after install the new BIOS.
some ppl feel very unconformatable to the heat, 40-60 or highier ...

use suitable cooler or room condition effect the heat too ...

it depend on what ypu need !!
one light low GC , one more heavy better GC ... that is the main different !

b4 but SXSP 16 i think to own one too ... but it from Dell ....

can not direct upgrade from 6 cell to 9 cells during purchase the whole system ?
RM 600++ better go buy another charge battery, RM 300++ can fully charge 6-cells mutiple usage too ^^

May be Dell dislike USM student @~ ?
